You'll explore the ethics of inspiration versus imitation, create your own fan art, and learn how to communicate your artistic vision effectively. On the final day, you'll piece together a diverse portfolio, showcasing your growth as you tackle your very own final project. Whether you're inserting yourself into your favorite game's universe, designing a new character, or crafting stunning fan art, this camp is your canvas to unleash your artistic potential and make your mark in the digital art world!

What You’ll Learn

• How to communicate ideas effectively and accurately

Important Details

• Open to all players aged 7-17
• 5-day camp
• Campers are encouraged to bring a flash drive or other storage device for the last day to save their projects
• Multi-day camps in which each day's activities build progressively on the previous one, 3+ hours per day depending on location
• Bring water and necessary snacks
• Select the dates and times below

Sample Schedule

• 9:00am – Introduction and GIMP instruction
• 10:00am – What makes an effective logo?
• 10:30am – What would your logo be?
• 11:00am – Creating your own logo
